We have released several highly anticipated features in the past couple of months.
October started off with a HUGE Beta release - Unassisted Scheduling. After many hours of design, research, testing and development, scheduling was finally ready to make its beta debut. Designed to streamline your experience, scheduling makes managing your appointments and events even more convenient.
Since the initial release, we have received great feedback and have already rolled out additional requested features and functionality. These include:
You can now add multiple location options to a bookable event type. This will allow your clients to select how they want to meet with you.
You can now send out bookable event invitations to your clients via an automation. Invitations will be linked to the existing lead or job so when your client books their event it's added to their schedule.
Calendar section lists now include scheduling columns and filters for Bookable Event, Booked On and Booking Type.
We've also added a Show as Busy column that can be useful to find Google Calendar events that don't affect availability.
You'll also see a new Scheduled Online default list in the Calendar section.
You can read about all things scheduling on our support page.
Scheduling wasn’t our only focus. After our initial release of tipping and gratuity, we received feedback on collecting it outside of an invoice. You can now send a link to the New Standalone Tipping Page in emails to clients, using the 'recipient.tip_url' token. Super useful if you want to wait until after a job is done to send a tip request to your client!
Available for both Stripe and Square client payment methods (even if gratuity is not enabled). You can remove tipping from invoices and still send direct requests later, or set up an automation to do this for you.
